Returns - Products that are custom made are non-refundable. Returns are only accepted if the item is faulty or if something is wrong with the order. Please check your order carefully before completing the purchase as, for example, a change of fabric is not a valid reason for return. If you notice something has gone wrong after placing your order, please contact Donna immediately and explain the problem.
These products are marked "Since "the product" is custom made it cannot be returned or refunded", in the product description.
Products that are marked "Ready to ship!", can be returned within 14 days after you have received your order. The product must be returned well wrapped. Please use the packaging you received your item in. The product must be unused and have no stains or damage. You are responsible for the return shipping cost and other possible costs. Contact studio.donnah via [email protected] if you want to return an item.
Production time - Production time varies from a week to a few weeks. See the current production time on the home page of the website. After the production time, delivery time is added, usually around one week shipping outside of Sweden.
Cancel order - I (Donna) reserve the right to cancel your order if, for example, we run out of material or if for some other unknown reason I cannot complete your order.
Shipping - The shipping price is calculated on the weight of the goods.
Personal data - In connection with your order, you agree that I (Donna) store and use your data in my business to complete and provide the service that you can expect from me. All personal data processing takes place in accordance with the data protection regulation. The information you provide about yourself is used by studiodonnah.com for payment and delivery. I guarantee that no information about you will be sold or passed on to third parties.
Unclaimed packages - I (Donna) reserve the right to charge the costs for the handling of unclaimed packages (return shipping, shipping costs, etc.). Therefore, I charge a fee of a maximum of 300 SEK, depending on the weight, if a package is not picked up.
