Returnes - Made-to-order items

Products that are made to order according to the customer's selections cannot be returned or refunded, in accordance with the Swedish Distance Contracts Act. Returnes are only accepted if the item is faulty or if an error has occurred in the order. Please review your order carefully before completing your purchase. If you notice an issue after placing your order, contact Studio donnah as soon as possible.

Returnes - Ready-to-ship items

Products marked "Ready to ship" may be returned within 14 days of receiving your order. The item must be unused, free from stains or damage, and returned in its original condition, well embellished. The customer is responsible for return shipping and any additional cost that may apply. Please contact Studio donnah before returning an item.

Production time

Production time varies from a few days to a few weeks. The current production time is always stated on the website's homepage. Shipping time is added after production is completed. Within Sweden, shipping time is 1-4 business days.

Order cancellation

Studio donnah reserves the right to cancel an order if materials run out, if a product cannot be completed according to the order, or due to other circumstances beyond the company's control.

In connection with your order, you consent to Studio donnah collecting and sorting your personal data in order to complete the purchase and manage payment and delivery.

All personal data is processes in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). Your information is used solely by studiodonnah.com and is not shared with third parties, except when required to process payment or delivery.

Uncollected parcels

Studio donnah reserves the right to charge costs incurred for uncollected parcels, such as return shipping and handling fees. A fee up to 300 SEK may be charged if the shipment is not collected, to cover associated costs.
